Porsche Panamera Turbo – “Cyrano” Tuning Kit | By HAMANN-Motorsport
It's been awhile since I've seen any recent posts/updates regarding the awesome Porsche Panamera. Here's an amazing, clean and somewhat aggressive kit from Hamann...
"With the right amount of money, you can have the best of both worlds later on this year as HAMANN-Motorsport‘s Cyrano Tuning Kit goes on sale. Specifically designed and made for the 493 horsepower Porsche Panamera Turbo sedan and its performance focus 543 horsepower Turbo S counterpart, the Cyrano kit promises a horsepower boost to 595 horsepower on both models. The kit goes on further with a lower suspension package and new 22-inch wheels. A new aero kit with side skirts, front and rear fenders, larger rear wing, plus a new carbon fiber hood and new exhausts, all to improve the car’s aerodynamic efficiency. HAMANN-Motorsport estimates the upgrades will give the car a 0 to 62 mph time of 3.9 seconds. But the best part, you will still have room to pick up your kids after school." - Freshness

Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka Wool Pack Fall/Winter 2012
So happy to see another exciting release from Nike for the Air Footscape Woven Chukka. The past few have been on the more subdued side (solid grey/black/olive green). Definitely a fan of the brown/lime green and black/white colorways. Let's hope these aren't strictly released overseas...
"Next to the Rainbow Pack, the Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka will be released yet again for Fall/Winter 2012 in three wool options. Featuring wool uppers, the woven parts of the sneaker come in a multicolor design, yet all a little more toned down compared to the previous Rainbow Pack.
The drop includes three colorways and can be expected for later this season. Check them all out in detail in the above gallery." - High Snobiety

Toyota 86 | By WALD INTERNATIONAL
The popularity and continued development for parts and modifications for the Toyota 86/Scion FR-S just keep on coming...
"With the popularity of the Toyota 86, known as Scion FR-S in the USA, one can only imagine that aftermarket tuners are working overtime to prepare parts and kits for the sports coupe. WALD INTERNATIONAL is one of the first companies to unveil upgrades for the aforementioned car, and they have nailed the design in their signature style. At this point, the body kits are just cosmetic makeover, consisting of front spoiler, side skirts, ducktail boot, and rear bumper housing vertical double-exhaust pipes on each side. Lastly, the larger wheels and lowered suspension package completes the aggressive stance." - Freshness

The Best Nike Sneakers by Decade Prints by Stephen Cheetham
Cheetham's creative interpretation and visualization of some of the most iconic Nike sneakers to date...
"Designer, artist and illustrator Stephen Cheetham worked on a self-initiated project these last weeks. He expressed his love for sneakers, and specifically Nike sneakers, with a new series of prints. The series documents his favorite Nike sneakers from the past four decades. Due to layout and continuity, the designer limited himself to 8 sneakers per decade, which is of course not an easy choice to make.
You can read an interview with the artist about the project over at Art & Sole.
Look out for a release of the prints soon." - High Snobiety

Taka Hayashi x Vans Vault TH Derby Trek LX
Another classic design from Taka Hayashi for Vans Vault...
"A project that has seen countless well-executed silhouettes since its inception, the ongoing relationship between Japanese designer Taka Hayashi and Vans Vault sees a few new iterations in the form of the TH Derby Trek LX. The duo, which aptly receives the “Vault” moniker for its heightened quality and limited distribution, arrives in two mature colorways that take on premium Horween leather uppers. A unique take on the traditional Derby footwear style, each pair is set atop a contrasting-colored, lugged outsole and is finished off with complementary metal eyelets, threaded laces, and a supple interior leather lining. Understated footbed embroidery branding play into the collaborative that is as street ready as it is mountain ready. Look for availability to begin hitting select Vans Vault stockists beginning this August.

GameDock
Now, if they could only market this in a way to convince gamers that the iPod/iPhone/iPad are suitable gaming devices/platforms, this could really take off...
"Let's face it: as good as gaming on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch can be, it's still lacking one critical element: tactile control. The GameDock ($125) is meant to rectify the situation by turning your iOS device into an old-school console. Thanks to two front-mounted USB ports and an outgoing dock connector, you can play nearly any iCade- or dock-ready game in full HD glory on your TV, using actual controllers. As anyone who's tried to play classic ports like Sonic, Street Fighter, or Mega Man can attest, it makes all the difference in the world." - Uncrate

Vans x Horween Leather Company Sneaker Collection
Very excited to see further detailed photos of this collection. While Vans Vault line has incorporated the use of some quality leather, this should definitely be an improvement on that...
"Vans presents their latest Collaboratory Video Feature, where they go behind the scenes at the Horween Leather Company, in existence since 1905. Horween remains one of the very few leather companies that are still based in the US and they are more popular than ever.
Vans has worked on a series of sneakers with Horween, using their high quality leathers. Several boots, but also Vans classics, such as the Mountain Mid and the Era are part of the collaboration, that will be coming to stores in the following months. It also looks like long time Vans collaborator, Japanese designer Taka Hayashi, worked on this project.
Watch the video, including an interview with the Horween President and a tour of the factory, here below.
Hopefully we can soon show you more images of the shoes that resulted from this unique collaboration. " - High Snobiety

Teatanic
A clever design for those who want to remember the Titanic, during their spot of tea...
"How does one go about celebrating the 100th anniversary of one of a tragic accident in which 1,514 people died? You make a tea bag holder, of course! The Teatanic (€11; roughly $13) is designed to resemble the ill-fated RMS Titanic, crafted from stainless steel with a mug-filling body that allows you to press on its sides to squeeze out all available goodness. Play "My Heart Will Go On" while drinking to complete the experience." - Uncrate

Toyota TRD GT86 Special Edition
Yes, Toyota. Please continue to push and bring back your influences in the sports car space. Now where's Honda/Acura...
"Toyota has made their re-entry into the sports car category with a bang, as the GT86 is gaining popularity internationally. It is safe to assume that most of its owners will not keep the vehicle stock standard, giving room for tuning houses to their part. TRD, an acronym for Toyota Racing Development, is a division in Toyota specializing in modifying Toyota vehicles, and this is their first attempt at improving the GT86. This model debuted in Japan earlier this year at the Tokyo Auto Salon, and now it is slated to go on sale in UK from early next year. Upgrades include a modest custom body kit, exhaust system, and 18-inch wheels for the exterior, along with bucket seats, Sports Meter Link System, consisting of water temperature, oil temperature and pressure gauges, and red push start button. via: Carscoop" - Freshness

Moe Takemura’s Guide to Japanese Cooking Overseas
Japanese dining, presented and explained in simplicity...
"Moe Takemura, a recent graduate of Lund University in Sweden and native of Japan, recently set out to create a cookbook for those who want to craft traditional Japanese dishes without the advantage of local Japanese ingredients. Using her Masters Degree in industrial design, Takemura created a cookbook that as straight-forward as it is beautiful. The book is quite informative regarding Japanese culture, but also has the intention of exploring what drives different people’s taste in foods, begging the question, “Why do we eat what we eat?” Additionally, the book discusses sustainability as a part of a healthy lifestyle, and is currently available from online book stores such as blurb for approximately $49 USD.

50 Years of James Bond Cars Montage Trailer
Bond films have been the source behind several fashion and automotive icons. This trailer focuses on the automotive aspect...
"In celebration of the upcoming Bond 50 box set, a video montage trailer featuring some of the film franchise’s most recognizable automobiles has been released. Highlighting everything from Bentleys, Audis and Alfa Romeos to Bond’s signature Aston Martin DB5, the montage includes chases and explosions galore – thanks in part to a slew of Q-installed gadgetry. Beginning with 1962′s Dr. No and concluding with 2008′s Quantum of Solace, Bond 50 – which celebrates 50 years of James Bond with the debut of all 22 films in a Blu-Ray box set – is due out this September, a month prior to the box office release of Skyfall." - Hypebeast

"Known for their incredible interiors for A Bathing Ape and colette amongst many others, Japanese architecture firm Wonderwall was also once again in charge for the new Uniqlo megastore in Ginza, Tokyo.
Towering high over a busy shopping street, the shop boasts a full-height glass façade that first tricks the eye. Windows facing the road are made in two-storey-high sections, creating the illusion that the structure might be only six large levels as opposed to what it really is: 12 stories of normal sizes. The mix of modern steel and glass sections and wooden breaks in between is both original and unique. It looks like this is yet another Wonderwall designed store that is worth visiting."
The double-height windows begin in the atrium and continue in this fashion to the roof. In the lobby, shoppers are confronted by a spinning mannequin display, topped with a glass ceiling that allows those on the first floor to see up into the second storey.

Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka Fall 2012
Always excited seeing Nike continue to develop other colorways for the Footscape Woven Chukka. The grey pair are looking clean...
"It looks like the Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka is receiving some well deserved attention for Fall 2012. Having just showed you the Rainbow Pack versions of the shoe, we present a couple more colors dropping in August. These are a bit more mellow without the multi-colored woven area, and serve as a great alternative (although we are partial towards the black rainbow pair).
Check for these sometime in August at Nike retailers such as mita." - High Snobiety

Cartier ID Two Concept Watch
Cartier's recent design, deviating from their standard aesthetics. Unfortunately, there are no discussions around this concept going to production...
"Cartier introduces the ID Two Concept Watch, a mechanical wristwatch that features a transparent monobloc ceramic case, fiberglass springs and a 32-day power reserve. The watch is a follow up to 2009s Cartier ID One, the world’s first “lubricant free” watch.
Drawing on inspiration from the automotive industry, Cartier has created the world’s first truly energy efficient timepiece in the ID Two. The revolutionary watch is sealed using vacuum pressure and without screws, and looks damn good too.
Unfortunately this watch is a true concept: the ID Two will never available, at any cost, to anybody." - High Snobiety

"Professional rally driver and DC Shoes co-founder Ken Block has released the latest video in his insane Gymkhana series – Gymkhana 5: Ultimate Urban Playground.
using a modified 2012 ford fiesta rally car, the streets throughout the entire san francisco bay area are transformed into a gymkhana course: a track where drivers navigate a series of drifts and stunts through pre-determined obstacles.Watch the crazy rally car action in the video here above." - High Snobiety
filmed over four days, ’gymkhana five’ is a follow up to ‘gymkhana four’ which used universal studios as a set to create a hollywood-like high speed driving scene. each of the videos in the series situates the extreme motorsport in the unexpected context of the everyday. like all rally cars, the vehicle is a modified version of a production model, in its new iteration utilizing a 650 horsepower engine which achieves 0 to 60 mph (0 – 100 km/h) in 1.8 seconds, with a lightweight carbonfibre body that enables the craft to perform jumps, turns, and other maneuvers unlike its street-legal counterpart.

Levi’s 2012 Fall/Winter Commuter Series
Levi's Commuter Series is continuing to increase in popularity and this latest update is maintaining it's current look and feel. The workshirt is looking pretty good, can't wait to see the rest of the detailed shots...
"Originally launched for Fall of 2011, the successful Levi’s Commuter Series of workwear-inspired cycling apparel is back for another Fall 2012 season and is now expanding its market range with an additional Hong Kong release as well. Even with the advent of a new season, the four-piece collection remains largely unchanged from before. Present is the Work Shirt with 3XDRY Technology, a Trucker Jacket with reflective 3M Scotchlite patches and NanoSphere treatment to maximize water and dirt repellancy, and two pairs of Commuter 511 trousers: a denim pant, and a khaki chino — both of which featuring the same NanoSphere treatment and commuter amenities like an integrated u-lock holster. The collection as a whole emphasizes the level of form and function that savvy bicycle commuters should come to expect from Levi’s. Look for the Commuter series from Levi’s stockists by the end of the summer." - Hypebeast

Loopwheeler – Logo Sweatshirt
Loopwheeler's latest basics...
"Japan’s master of the loopwheel machines are back with a simple treat for the summer. Loopwheeler is known for their minimalist executions, putting focus on the construction of the garments, rather than embellishments on them. This design is a very straightforward translation of their brand ethos, featuring the brand name in capital letters, across the chest in black screen print. In addition, there will be plain sweatshirts made as well, for those who are looking for the ultimate basic garment. This sweatshirt design should be available in gray melange, marine, and oatmeal versions, scheduled to be launched around August some time." - Freshness
