Apparently, San Francisco is the most expensive place to live in the states. However, compared to this place in Tokyo, it feels like we're still getting a great deal. That shoe storage and closet is amazing...
"If you like daydreaming about super expensive realty, feast your eyes
on “The House.” It’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 4,434 square foot
condominium in the Minami-Azabu district of Minato, Tokyo that is listed
at 1,800,000,000 JPY, or 22,241,174.24 USD. The condo does boast some
nice amenities — I mean, we would hope so, anyway — such as a bathroom
with a hot tub, a fitted walk-in closet, a 60-inch television, and a
shoe storage place that can hold up to 200 pairs. There is also a
gourmet kitchen, a courtyard garden, a Parisian-style terrace that
overlooks Arisugawa Park and an original art piece by Hiroshi Senju that
was painted on site. Check the listing here at Sotheby’s.
Check out some images of the place after the jump." - High Snobiety
