Drawing the original idea from the notion that concrete is one of the most fundamental elements of our modern environment, Murmure drew parallels to enhance the traditional business card medium that has long been a foundational facet of communication. The rough edges and raw aesthetic of the miniature concrete slabs is juxtaposed against the refined white strokes of the serif typeface — effectively providing a welcome deviation from a trade that is primarily rooted in paper-based textiles.
