Subaru BRZ Concept – STI

Excited to see Subaru with a new concept in mind to add to their fine line of STI vehicles...

"Subaru has unveiled the all-new concept version of its upcoming BRZ rear-wheel-drive sports coupe, the BRZ Concept – STI, at the LA Auto Show. The vehicle’s ultra-sleek styling is enhanced with a new front wind splitter, unique rear fascia and wing, as well as a lightweight carbon fiber roof. Unlike most performance models the BRZ Concept – STI lacks a turbocharged engine, and is instead powered by a direct-injected 2.0-liter Boxer four-cylinder custom built for the car. Additional features include the aggressively tuned STI suspension, Brembo brakes and unique 18-inch wheel and tires. The BRZ is expected to begin production in Spring 2012.
