Cool Giant Wooden Clip Promoting Urban Art in Belgium

Keeping the ground together...

"Here is a fun display of contemporary urban art at its best. This giant wooden clip is currently being showcased in Belgium, in the Chaudfontaine park, as part of a contemporary art exhibition. Designed by Mehmet Ali Uysal, the unusual park addition replicates the clip, a common smart tool used to hang clothes for drying. The giant clipper becomes the focal point of this particular area of the park shown below and looks great while adding a bit of originality to its surroundings. We have to say we salute this idea and wouldn’t mind seeing a similar project in some of our own city parks. Moreover, we believe urban art should definitely be encouraged, as it has the ability to transform a simple and unattractive space into an area that feels alive. We are looking forward to your thoughts on this creative idea.- via illusion 360 – Photos © Mmarsupilami" - Freshome
